8th July 2010 - At the pool.

9th July 2010 - Messing around after naptime, today Jade was dressed in Green and Amber in well Amber but just didn't manage to get a good pic of them both together :-(



Look how huge she is in her high chair, seems like in the last week she has just shot up ...





This actually was not a curly day coz she had already slept, it's best just after her bath, don't think she will keep the curls too long though but they are cute for now :-)



Never really in a cuddling mood with her sister, I think Jade squishes her too hard and every time she gets too close to cuddle Amber now gets upset and pushes her away which of course leaves Jade in tears many a time coz she thinks Amber doesn't love her :-( Amber is just very independent !!!



15th July 2010 - Some bath pics this evening ...

Because Jade has been in camp all week so far and I am working the camp, we have bathed them both at night which Jade has thoroughly enjoyed :-) Poor things get left in there till they almost turn into prunes ... you know who is watching them right (hehehe) !!!





Jade has her normal good tan as you can see, although not as brown as normal and we are already half way through Summer, now Amber, being darker in complexion to Jade, gosh factor 50 and all she has gone brown, brown, brown, very cute but I wonder if people think bad of me that she has gone that brown but she has never been red, I think she is blessed with just really good skin and well I hope she keeps it coz man having a sister with the blonde hair and blue eyes, a better tan would be one think :-)







I guess as a baby Jade had the spotlight for a long time all on her own ... she's not to happy now that there are always more pics of Amber than of her :-( oh well right !!!

Ok quick update, been a big week for Amber, she has learnt to shake her head 'no' no words but she knows what she wants, you don't even have to put something in front of her for her to say no to, you can ask her, do you want apples and she will shake her head no, do you want grapes and she will shake her head no, do you want water and she will put her hand out to take it, very cute.

She has also started walking, pretty all this week she has been trying, I have not been encouraging her coz I would almost prefer her not to walk the Summer, it would just be way easier but she is trying on her own more and more so who knows how long till she is walking well and even running ... we will see :-) She gets very happy with herself when she walks and that is almost what makes her fall down most of the time, too cute to watch, I will try and get some video on the weekend or maybe I will just wait till she walks properly ... I hate uploading video :-(

She has also now learnt to sit on her little cars she has and push with her feet to move, also very cute to watch, she has three different ones and can manage them all but when she can't get it right, she gets hugely frustrated, more than Jade ever did, I think she is going to give me a run for my money with regards to temper tantrums :-(

Also noticed tonight another tooth on the top came through, that might have been the one bothering her at that beach but I thought it was the second one on the top that was bugging her so now she has two on the bottom and three on the top with a fourth peeping through up top too.

Tomorrow is Jades concert, she is super excited even though I feel she knew her words better last year, she is in a little skit too and a instrument thing of sorts, none of which Dave knows about so I said to keep it a secret to surprise him. Last year just I went and he watched Amber but this year she will stay in childcare which she loves and we will both be able to enjoy it and be proud, these productions from this camp is amazing, I will do lots of video but again ... I hate to load video so please be patient.
