REMEMBER SCROLL DOWN ... GETTING TIRED OF THIS YET ???

Dave keeps saying that she is not a Kropman child ... as if she should be insulted to be more my side of the family :-( poor thing but in these pics I do think she looks like some of my baby pics, so hey, maybe she does look a little more like me and it's not only the hair and eye color. Either way she is such a happy little girl and such a cutie pie who cares who she looks like right ?







Although her hair is still curly some day the curls fall out really quickly so who knows if she is going to hang onto some wave :-)

Jade Birthday - 8 Years Old - 12 12 2010

I KNOW I DON'T HAVE TO KEEP TELLING YOU THIS BUT JUST IN CASE ... SCROLL DOWN AND DON'T MISS ALL THE GAZILLION UPDATES I AM DOING ALL IN ONE DAY !!!

Well I think Jade had a fun weekend, Amber and I went for lunch with her at school on Friday and handed out cupcakes to the class, I wasn't allowed to take pics in there so sorry, nothing on that front. Then she had her party on the Friday night, then Erin slept over that night.

These were taken early Sunday, her actual birthday, first these with Amber before her nap and then the others before I took her out.





Then here are some of her on her own, clearly daddy was taking these shots coz she was totally doing the model thing so there were very few I could use on here :-(







Then after Amber went down for a nap, I took Jade and Erin out to see Tangled, the new princess movie, I hate movies like that but it was actually pretty cute. Then afterwards we hit the stores, big mistake !!! Jade had many gift cards that she got for her birthday and Erin had a gift card too she had to spend so the two of them shopped till I almost dropped, golly cannot imagine how much worse it is going to be when these girls are teenagers !!!

After that we rushed home so we could all go to McAddenville, Christmas Town USA which we visit every year on Jades birthday weekend. We stopped for dinner on the way and then hit the town which was quieter this year because we went on a Sunday, the perfect day to go, I will have to remember that for the future. Anyway I think the girls had fun, here are some McAddenville pics.

Sorry to bore those that know this town well but for those that don't this is a little town where most of the down does their houses up for Christmas and as long as they do their houses up they don't pay a light bill that month the county or whoever pays it for them, I love it. It is a good long drive through the town and so interesting to see how differently everyone decorates, I know you will all think well they all look the same by the end of this but really they don't and it's so pretty. Wish it was something all kids could experience.

Now this one is not McAddenville but close to where I work, I pass it on the way home most nights and even though people say he does this every year, this was the first year I have seen it and this is just one picture but you probably need three or four shots to get everything in ... and there is a Santa outside his house every night handing out candy canes, it's very cute and Christmas music playing. Definitely have to see this one every year.



We have not done all the Christmas stuff we normally do this time of year, I think I took on so much extra work that we just have not had time :-( I won't do that again, we missed too much, hopefully we can still go do the ice skating and one or two other things over Christmas break ... we will see !!!

This was the kids singing and having fun on the way home in the car !!!

10th December - Jades Birthday Party !!!

REMEMBER TO SCROLL DOWN TO SEE ALL THE UPDATES I HAVE DONE IN ONE DAY ... SORRY FOR ME REPEATING MYSELF ALL THE TIME BUT THIS IS A HUGE UPDATE SO I DIDN'T WANT Y'ALL TO MISS ANYTHING.

Well this year we decided to join forces with a neighbor, Colleen and I both have kids a year and a day apart in age and they all hang out in the neighborhood with the same kids so I thought it was a good idea if we do one big party, that way no one loses out and we can invite more kids :-) and it really turned out well, crazy hectic but well !!!

We held the party at Plaza Fiesta, or Fiesta Plaza, not the best neck of the woods or the greatest mall to hang out in but it has the biggest playzone I have ever seen so I knew the kids would have fun. Now I have posted pictures of this playzone before but you can tell I was too busy that I didn't think to take a picture of the big structure so that people that have not been there would know what I was talking about, so sorry !!!

It was a nice long party too, 45 minutes in the playzone, 30 minutes in the party room with pizza, soda and cake and bloody noise makers that of course I did not order !!! Then another 45 minutes in the playzone and then to end it all, they all got given a 20 minute arcade card which allowed them to play as many games as they could in 20 minutes, I thought this would land up being over in no time but the kids played a good while, yeah I know ... 20 minutes right but it seemed so much longer and they all obviously got tickets from playing the games and were able to get some goodies at the checkout to take home, so that was fun too ... I would definitely recommend a party there !!!

This is a picture of the room, we had about 28 kids at the table all at once, the room was hectic and Dave was trying to sort out Amber so sadly we didn't get any decent pictures in here or pictures of both kids with their cakes, that's terrible, next time I will for sure hang onto the camera instead of serving cake.



It was a Hannah Montanna party this year, she is more into Carly but this cake seemed better.

Amber in the playzone with daddy, oh my gosh did she have a ball, I am going to be in trouble when I take a trip there by myself with her one day.

As you can see we have Jade in training to help Amber in places like this, can't wait till I feel confident she will do a good job so I can sit and relax, think it will be a while still ...



Can you tell her gymnastics has paid off (hehehe) !!!

The birthday girls with frosting all over her teeth and face but sadly this is the only pic of her we got on her own on that day, oh well, the main thing is even if there are not a ton of pictures, there were lots of good memories made.



Hovering over her gifts after getting home and getting in her pj's, her friend Erin which is also a neighbor spent the night with us, actually most of the weekend, it made it a very fun weekend for Jade.

9th December - Amber In Two Ponytails !!!

REMEMBER TO SCROLL DOWN ON THE BLOG PAGE AS I AM POSTING MANY UPDATES ON ONE DAY !!!

I don't think we were actually going anywhere on this day but Amber had so many Christmas outfits I wanted to try and wear as many of them as I could over the December period. This was just one afternoon after her nap and waiting for daddy to come home from work and the girls and I were hanging out.





Jade for some of other reason was sitting under the tree reading a book and Amber went to sit down next to her listen to her read, I thought it was so cute.

I love when they are so little and they can sit like this :-)



Oh my gosh does this picture not just want to make you giggle with her, Amber is such a happy child, I thought Jade was my happy child but Amber is so much happier, this is an every day face and smile of hers, we were dancing here and she was just having so much fun with us.



Jade loves to dance too but I am thinking the long run, Amber is the one that was born with the rhythm (hehehe) don't tell Jade I said that !!!



Jade went to lie down and Amber went to lie down next to her, she loves to copy everything that Jade does.
